During this decade I finished with stone lithography when my printers retired and the printshop closed…25 years of a wonderful period of friendship, fun, creative sharing and also long, grueling hours of work into the nights. To fill the gap, I threw myself into sculpture. When there were enough pieces to exhibit, I filled the gallery walls with sketches of new sculpture ideas and drawings. So even though I wasn’t making stone lithos or paintings that much, I was drawing more than ever. During this period I produced fewer paintings but created, through these drawings and sculptures, the basis for future paintings. Welcome to the decade of 2005.
